Recently my computer i use as a diagnostic tool at work keeps pulling up internet search tabs, using bing, about how to use microsoft help. While watching it, it will pull up somewhere between 50-75 tabs in about 5 minutes. All the tabs are the same. I can clear them out, but it will do it again about immediately. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when the tabs pull up. Connected to the charger, not connected, using computer, not using computer, pretty much anytime. I tried pulling the battery out for about 6 hours, did not change anything. It has been acting up for about 2 weeks now, any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello@DieselTech,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
I have read your post and understand that you need assistance in fixing the issue on the internet explorer. I will definitely help you.
I request you to perform the steps below and check if that fixes the issue.
- Click on Tools, then click on Internet Options.
- Click on the Programs tab, and then click on Manage add-ons.
- Click an add-on in the Name list, and then click Disable.
- Perform the step 3 till you remove unwanted add-ons
- Then restart the PC and check for the solution.
Hope that answers your question. Let me know for more.
