Hello, I just bought this new ENVY. Top of the line, i7 8 gb etc. However it does not connect to my home wifi. It connects well at office and also very well when I use my phone as hotspot. Just refuses to connect to my BT home wifi. Rest everything at my home connects and is working well. ipad, my desktop, my PS all my family's phones. Just this envy doesn't connect to this wifi. I am getting really frustrated and thinking of returning this machine. Am i missing a point here ?

Firstly apologies for all the inconvenience. I'll action this right away without much delay. We will work on this issue together to sort it out.

 

I believe you have issues with wifi. Please follow the troubleshooting steps by clicking on the below link.

Note: Update the BIOS  for HP support  website ( take Sure the  charger is connected while updating the BIOS  )
