HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I’ve been months trying to connect my HP Envy 6052 printer to either my laptop or MacBook without success. I’ve had our company IT Dept assist, I’ve spent hours with HP Support to no avail, and two hours of Geek Squad time didn’t fix the connection. I’ve now cancelled Instant Ink (didn’t record printed pages despite some success when I connected via USB) and this truly awful printer will be heading to recycling shortly. What a waste of time, effort and money. Does anyone have a silver bullet - some hidden pearls of wisdom - that can help me connect either wireless or via USB?  At this rate, I’ll never buy a HP printer again - a very disappointing experience all round.

Same here. I've tried every way possible to connect this thing and nothing works.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
