Unfortunately, I don't think there is a driver that provides support for WPA2 security for that card.
However, this is the latest driver for that model wlan card...If the driver version your notebook has is older than this one, you may want to give it a try.
This package contains the Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft Windows XP driver for the HP WLAN W400-W500 Adapter.

What model wireless network adapter does your notebook have?
If you are running XP with Service Pack 3, and your notebook has a broadcom wireless card, I can give you a link to an updated broadcom wireless driver that supports WPA2 security.
