What do you mean by "mobile WiFi"
WiFi settings are done in Windows, not in the BIOS. If the PC is not seeing WiFi, then it is a problem with the settings you have established or, if it is not seeing ANY WiFi, then the WiFi chip in the laptop has gone bad.
