Hi:

There should be a bluetooth radios device category in the device manager, and under that category there should be an Intel bluetooth device.

If there is a generic bluetooth device, then you need to install this W10 bluetooth driver.

This package contains the driver installation package for the Intel Bluetooth in the supported models running a supported operating systems.

If you don't see this icon in the device manager tree, then there is something wrong, and I suggest that you contact HP technical support for assistance.  It will be listed near the top of the device manager listing, in alphabetical order by device.

Intel shows that the model wifi card your notebook has, comes with bluetooth.

Hi:

Bluetooth capability is dependent on the model wifi card your notebook has.

If you let me know what model wifi card your notebook has, I will let you know if that is a combination wifi/bluetooth adapter.

If you don't know what model wifi card your notebook has, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

The wirelees adapter is a Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165. Does this adapter support Bluetooth?

Hi:

Yes, that model is a combination wifi/bluetooth adapter.

If you installed the operating system yourself, make sure you also install the Intel bluetooth driver from your PC's support and driver page.

I don't see a user guide on your notebook's support page, so see this link for how to turn on the bluetooth...
