Hi @Topu009,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're having trouble with the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers on your HP laptop after installing Windows 11. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Update Drivers:

  • Go to the HP Support website and ensure you have the latest drivers for your specific model, particularly for the network and Bluetooth adapters.
  • You can also check Windows Update to see if there are any additional drivers available.

Device Manager:

  • Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
  • Expand the Network adapters and Bluetooth sections.
  • Right-click on your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices, and select Uninstall device. Make sure to check the box for "Delete the driver software for this device" if available.
  • Restart your laptop, and Windows should automatically reinstall the drivers.

Network Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
  • Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter and follow the prompts.

Power Management Settings:

  • In Device Manager, right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter and select Properties.
  • Go to the Power Management tab and uncheck the option that says "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."

BIOS Settings:

  • Restart your laptop and enter the BIOS (usually by pressing F10, Esc, or a similar key during startup).
  • Check the settings for wireless options and ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Sometimes, updates can resolve compatibility issues. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
