Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have other devices besides this laptop.  I set it up and it walked me thru setting up my existing yahoo email . Problem is the email doesn’t download to the laptop sometimes I’ll get a couple 2-3 hours later but my other devices show a bunch of email that doesn’t even hit the laptop.

You have to ask Yahoo to Sync your email account on ALL devices. Please try (similar for other devices):
