Yes, just as I thought.

You need these wifi and bluetooth drivers...

Wifi:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78044.exe

Bluetooth:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75001-75500/sp75330.exe

After you are connected to the internet, Windows update will install a slightly newer wifi driver than what HP has.

Hi:

When a wifi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.

Please post the hardware ID for the Network Controller device, so I can figure out what driver it needs.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

Realtek drivers not showing up

That is why I need you to post the hardware ID for the Network Controller device.

Your PC may have a Broadcom wifi adapter.

I have already installed them, but before formatting, I restored it when the internet speed was high 45 mb 1 hour

Those are the only drivers available for the model wifi card your notebook has.

That card has a maximum throughput of only 72 MBPs with an excellent wifi signal.

So, 45 MBPS is about average for that model wifi adapter.

There are two laptops at home, but the other laptop download speed is high
