You need these wifi and bluetooth drivers...
Wifi:

Bluetooth:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75001-75500/sp75330.exe
After you are connected to the internet, Windows update will install a slightly newer wifi driver than what HP has.

Hi:
When a wifi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.
Please post the hardware ID for the Network Controller device, so I can figure out what driver it needs.

Those are the only drivers available for the model wifi card your notebook has.
That card has a maximum throughput of only 72 MBPs with an excellent wifi signal.
So, 45 MBPS is about average for that model wifi adapter.
