HP Chromebook x360 won't connect to my wi-fi

HP Chromebook x360 was working great for 2 weeks.  Turned it off and the next morning it wouldn't connect to the internet. It says my wi-fi is "out of range", which it isn't. Since it was so new, I decided to do a powerwash to reset it and start over. The intro screen comes up to "Let's get Started" but I can't because I'm still getting the out of range error and you have to connect to the internet to "get started". Our other devices aren't having any problems connecting. HELP!!

The WIFI card was defective. HP customer service sent me a box to return it and have it fixed. Thanks for you help.
