HP Recommended

My hp 850 g5 doesn't have Bluetooth, I have tried all the possible troubleshooting,  still the same. 

 

When I try to switch Bluetooth user supportive  service to automatic it says parameter incorrect

 

 Troubleshooter says device doesn't Bluetooth 

 

Whereas, this model (Core i7 8th gen) according to HP came with Bluetooth
