Hi,
About 2 weeks ago I updated Windows 10 and had all kinds of problems with the computer crashing (BSOD). In between crashes, they only evidence that I had a problem was hundreds of WHEA Logger Event 17 problems that were populating in the event viewer. I reset the device proceeded with all of the Windows updates a second time and did not have anymore crashing, but the WHEA Logger Event 17 error messages in the event viewer still continued to populate at a crazy rate. I was able to identify my wireless card as the source of the issue. When I disable the wireless card the issue is not longer present.
I ended up sending the computer to HP for repairs and they replaced the motherboard, but not the wireless adapter. So, I'm still having the WHEA issue populate in the event viewer. It passed all of their diagnostics, so what's going on? Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this? Why wouldn't their diagnostics pick up on it? I'll post the WHEA Logger info below, and I'm also getting this message:
Autoconfigured route limit has been reached. No further autoconfigured routes will be added until the interface is reconnected.
Error Source: Advanced Error Reporting (PCI Express)

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Firstly, let's perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant in order to update graphic and chip set driver:
(do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating)
To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.
- To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon
.
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
And, also run BIOS Update: Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
