Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I purchased new 17" Envy Laptop about month ago. Bluetooth pairs successfully with a Freedom 12 Speaker System but doesn't transmit the audio. However, A 5 year old HP Envy Laptop does pair and transmit the audio to the Freedom 12 Speaker as well as an Iphone 12 also. The new HP laptop does pair with a JClip3 speaker and does transmit the sound to it.  Any ideas of the problem and solution?

Have all the software and drivers been updated from the official HP website?

Is the default sound output in Windows settings set to the Bluetooth speaker or not?
Because Windows is also magical, plugging in wired headphones and Bluetooth devices at the same time can connect, but to set the default it can only be to one device.

Likewise with the sound input settings, it can be set according to our wishes. So, for example, connecting TWS, but still want to use the laptop microphone, then you can set the default sound input to the laptop microphone.
