Product: Envy

My laptop does not connect to Wifi. It says it is connected however every time I open a browser, it says the 'site can't be reached'. 

The Wifi is working fine on all the other devices so it is a glitch with the laptop. I spent 2.5 hours chatting with customer support on whatsapp who were not able to help. Can someone please help ...

Have you tried using different browsers? 

 

Disable your Anti-virus and check again

 

If the issue persists on different browsers follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04649175
