Hello!

Still the same thing: disconnects and then reconnects within 3-4 seconds.

Happened many times over two days, when using Discord.

Hello!
The disconnections seem to be fewer but still happen time after time.

Shows no networks then reconnects to the network within a couple of seconds.

While you respond to that, I recommend the below steps: Go to Device manager > select the WIFI drivers under network adapter> Right click go to properties > Under properties go to Power Management Tab> Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

I cannot answer this question at the moment.

(1Download and install from Microsoft Apps Store

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows

or

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows v1.8.2.0

(2) Run <HP Diagnostics for Windows>

--->>> Perform Component Tests to check <wireless adapter>

(3Please report your results ( error messages, take screenshots )

( if serial number, device id, UUID, System Board CT Number is displayed, please blur )

Hello @malgepav

Thanks for reporting.

It could be that the internal antenna cable is broken. Please get very close to the wireless access point to see if the connection quality improves slightly...

Please report back

Kind regards
