Hi @Douwe1,

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

I understand your Sony Bluetooth device is not getting connected to the notebook.

I see your Bluetooth device is connected to the smartphone.

Try to disconnect or un-pair the Bluetooth from your phone/connected device and try connecting it.

Keep me posted, how it goes!

If the information I've provided was helpful.

Give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.

Thanks for your reply, Raj1788. It seemed that I had to press the bluetooth pairing button on the headphones for a longer time for pairing to a second device. I did that and now the notebook detected the headphones. Works perfect now! Cheers, Douwe
