Hello,

 

I'm using Linux Mint 19.2, which is based on Ubuntu 18.04.

But I'cant see any WLAN-Module and it's turned off (the LED is on).

 

How to fix it?

bluetooth is available. It looks like WLAN is in flight-mode, because there is also noch WLAN "device" detected?

 

Can somebody help me? If it will not work, i have to send the notebook back even i like it, because i need ubuntu for my work.
