Ok, I've tried everything I can think of to find this answer: asking Xfinity (good luck with that...there's 4 hours of my life I'd like to have back!) searching google, you name it. Nothing has worked. So I'm hoping the experts here intros forum can give me a hand.  How can I connect my old HP Pavillion ZV5000 to Xfinity WiFi?

@Saint_ Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to connect the Xfinity WiFi.

Please let us know if you are able to connect to another internet without any issue.

Please refer to the following link to troubleshoot the issue.

Sorry, Praveen, I have Windows XP running on that old thing.  Your instructions only go back to Windows 10. I don't think they'll work.

@Saint_

I understand your concerns.

In that case, I would suggest you contact Xfinity support. They will help you.

Have a nice day!!
