(1) Disconnect wireless lan connection

(2) Channel Width for 5 GHz

set to value <20 MHz Only>

(3) Connect wireless lan and test connection

(4) Please report your results

or

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows v1.8.2.0

(2) Run <HP Diagnostics for Windows>

--->>> Perform Component Tests to check <wireless adapter>

(3) Please report your results ( error messages, take screenshots )

( if serial number, device id, UUID, System Board CT Number is displayed, please blur )

@Ub6424, I've also observed my Bluetooth headphones connection breaking in between.

If it's os issue, then I can re-install os as well.

(1) Start Windows

(2) Please check <Windows integrity>

Open cmd.exe (right click) as administrator and execute:

sfc /scannow

msdt.exe /id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

(3) Please report your results ( of each command )
