HP Recommended

On my Hp laptop I was playing a game and listening to music. Then suddenly everything froze and it kept repeating the same point of the song over and over even when I closed it I still heard it and I can’t click the entire screen and that included the keyboard and I can ever click the restart button. Please help!

Hold down power on button for 30 seconds to force power off
