Hi:
All HP Elitebooks have SIM card slots.
What 90% of them don't have is the optional and expensive WWAN card.
Your notebook is probably one of the 90% missing the optional WWAN card needed to connect to the cellular service.
If your notebook does not have one of the below model WWAN adapters listed under the Network Adapters device manager category, then you can't connect to a cellular network.

You're very welcome.
I have already provided that information...the adapter would be listed in the device manager under the Network Adapters device manager category.
If you want to physically check to see if the WWAN adapter is installed, you can find the WWAN module removal and replacement procedure in chapter 5 of the service manual.

You would have to check to see if the two antenna wires are present to connect the card to and chapter 3 of the service manual has the two supported WWAN cards with their HP part numbers.
You can only buy one of the cards listed in the manual and it must have the HP part number on it or it will not work.

LTE CAT9: Fibocom lT4210 LTE/HSPA+ w/GPS HP part # 845710-003
Where you can buy either of those WWAN adapters in Morocco, unfortunately, that I do not know.
