@NoviceKid, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you've recently changed your internet provider and need to connect your HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer to your new Wi-Fi network,
First, it seems like there might be a small mix-up in the product details. You mentioned "Epson printer" in your initial query but then correctly identified your product as an "HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer." I'll provide instructions for your HP printer.

Here are the steps to get you back up and printing in no time:

Reconnect Your Printer to a New Wi-Fi Network

Option 1: Using the HP Smart App (Recommended)

  1. Download or open the HP Smart app on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. HP Smart
  2. Reset the printer’s network settings:
    • On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button together for 5 seconds until the Power light blinks.
    • This will restore the printer’s Wi-Fi settings to default.
  3. Open the HP Smart app and tap “+” to add a new printer.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network.

Option 2: Using the Printer’s Control Panel

  1. Press the Wireless button on the printer to start Wi-Fi setup mode (the light should blink blue).
  2. On your computer or mobile device, go to Wi-Fi settings and connect to the printer’s temporary Wi-Fi (e.g., HP-Setup-6032e).
  3. Open a browser and go to http://192.168.223.1 to access the printer’s setup page.
  4. Follow the prompts to select your new Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
