HP 17 Laptop PC 17-cp3000 (799U9AV)

When this started I began to get interrupted internet service that was resolved with wireless adapter restarts. That became more and more frequent until I'm now at a slow crawl on all internet activity. I have been trying to get HP tech support for 2 weeks but all I get is a notice that it is temporarily not in service.
