First, you need to make sure you have the WWAN module in the PC (as it is optional)

While taking a look at the module, note the model of the module.

No. There is no such module but there is a module named 'intel wireless dual band module'

The wireless module is for wifi. Dual band means is can go on the 2.4 and 5GHz band for wifi.

Without the module, you can not use the SIM card in the notebook.
