NOTE: I AM REALLY STRESSED OUT AND NEED HELP, PLZ TRY TO IGNORE MY MISTAKES, THANKS.
EARLEIR:
I HAVE THIS PRODUCT SINCE LAST 12 MONTHS. I HAVE A REALLY UNSTABLE WIFI ROUTER. WHILE GAMING, THE PING USE TO FLUCTUATE A LOT.
SO WHAT I DID WAS I CONNECTED MY LAPTOP TO THE WIFI AND ENABLED ITS HOTSPOT. THEN I USED TO CONNECT MY PHONE TO THE HOTSPOT OF LAPTOP.
IN REALLY USE TO GET EXCELLENT STABLE PING. DOING SUCH, BOTH MY LAPTOP AND MY PHONE HAD INTERNET ACCESS.
NOW:
I DONT KNOW HOW THIS HAPPENED, BUT SINCE LAST 2 DAYS, I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM.
SO I CONNECTED MY LAPTOP TO WIFI, ENABLED HOTSPOT AND CONNECTED MY PHONE TO IT.
BUT... THE LAPTOP DOESNT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS, LIKE IF MY PHONE IS CONNECTED WITH THE LAPTOP'S HOTSPOT, THEN THE INTERNET ON MY LAPTOP DONT WORK.
NOT A SINGLE SITE OPENS, NO NETFLIX WORKS, NO SPOTIFY ...NOTHING.
EARLIER BOTH WIFI AND HOTSPOT USE TO WORK AT THE SAME TIME.
NOW EITHER ONE WORKS.
PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU UNDERSTOOD THIS,
THANKS.

Hello @AJ645
(1) Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for your wireless device ...
How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)
Please right click copy/paste the hardware ID here.
(2) Please send a screenshot of your device manager so I can see all listed adapters under 'network adapters'
best regards
