I was thinking to try the Intel card on the aux terminal just to see if the bluetooth works better.
The wifi probably won't work, or it will work poorly.
I know how much of a pain it is to take the notebook apart, but maybe you can leave it apart when you experment with switching the cable and put it back together after the experiment.
The Broadcom card...I am pretty sure the numbers on the label are incorrect.
J1 is main (same location as the Main on the 3165), J2 is Aux.
I have read several posts where forum members complained about the terrible wireless reception on some notebooks with the Broadcom wifi card model yours has, and they found that the cable was on the wrong terminal.
They said it should go on J1.
The sticker makes it confusing. If I were looking at it, the label says J2 is Main and J1 is Aux.
I am pretty sure that isn't right.
Yes, the USB AC adapter should give you better throughput than the antiquated 10/100 ethernet connection.

Hi, @mframos84
Look at what I just found...
A wireless AC/bluetooth card that works with one antenna. Seller ships to Portugal...

Hi, again:
Here is the video which shows that the antenna cable goes on the J1 connector on the Broadcom wifi card...

Thanks again for your time.
After some time, with a friend who's an electronic geek, switching to the AUX on the 3165, neither the wifi or bluetooth worked properly.
I switched back to the broadcom 943142 and in the inside one, the J1, neither the wifi or bluetooth really worked.
Switching to the outer J2, they worked reasonably, although, after connecting the speakers the wifi dropped from 30MB/s to 5MB/s.
Tomorrow I'm going to try a second antenna my friend is bringing in the 3165 to see if it works any better.
If it doesn't work, I'm going to try one of those usb sticks with the broadcom chip . If the bluetooth won't be affected by that external wifi, it's a less bad solution.

After adding a second antenna (although it wasn't specific for my PC), it didn't work. It's just the same as having only the original antenna.
Went back to the original broadcom card and bought a usb stick for Wi-Fi, and that solved it.
Now the Bluetooth works as a charm and the wifi doesn't slow down when I am using bluetooth simultaneously.
I am about to buy a better usb wifi.
That edimax ac1200 you showed me works fine?
I like the nano factor, just hope the signal doesn't get too bad.
Thanks again

You're very welcome.
Sorry the 2nd antenna did'n't work (though as I posted the other day, I think they have to be matching cables and tranceivers).
Read the customer reviews on the Edimax device. They seem pretty decent. Seems the weak point is on the 2.4 GHz band, but you will be using AC on the 5.0 GHz band, so that weakness shouldn't matter all that much.
