Probook 640
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi i have a Probook 640 with an Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 card.
Have tried the driver download on here and also the intel site but neither seem to have the correct driver.
Saw someone post about similar issues with the bluetooth driver but im having issues finding the driver for the wireless network.

any help appreciated

That wouldn't matter.

As you can see the driver supports both 32 and 64 bit OS'.

Try this...If the wifi card needs a driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.

Click on the Network Controller device.   Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the driver file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp59641.

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.

No unfortunately thats still not helping recognise it.

Could it be because i was running a 32 bit system before and have tried to install 64bit now?

You're very welcome.

Do you need the Intel Bluetooth driver, or did that work for you?

No I got that from another users thread on here, Cheers
