HP Notebook - 14-dk0013nv
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this event 3-7 times per day.

WLAN Extensibility Module has stopped.

Module Path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Rtlihvs.dll

Despite the fact that the other devices are online the laptop suddenly stop having internet and I am waiting some time to  be connected again. If the event info from the windows is not enough i can provide more info.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Realtek RTL8821CE wifi driver to the latest version.

2024.0.10.217

I done it but again the same issue. All the other devices are not having problem.

But when I use my mobile phone as hotspot I have not issue with connection on my laptop.

There is a problem between the specific laptop and the router.

I have also the HP G62 - b98EV and I have not connection issues in this device.
