LTE Module not working

HP Spectre x2 Detatchable
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The broadband module on my HP Spectre x2 Detachable is not working. When I put in an MTN South Africa sim card it recognizes it but always shows a massage reading "No Service". I have edited the APN settings to the ones MTN South Africa recommends but it still does not work.

What is the solution to my problem? How do I get the sim to connect?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to activate the WWAN on the computer.
