My HP 15 Notebook connects to mobile hotspot and WiFi sharing but not to WiFi. I can see my WiFi connection but when I try connecting, I get the error "Can't Connect to this network". I have been able to connect to this network till a few days back. I have tried the following solutions but to no avail:

1) Ran the windows troubleshooter

2) Disabled and enabled the WiFi adapter

3) Removed the drivers and restarted the laptop

4) Restored the previous setting

5) Updated the laptop

6) Refreshed the laptop

The OS is Windows 10. Please help me fix this issue on an urgent basis.

I understand that you are unable to connect wifi.

 

Here's a related HP Forums post that seems to have helped others: Click here 
I have a few steps to resolve the issue:  

  • Since you've already reinstalled drivers, I would recommend using an Ethernet cable (Wired) and update your Wi-Fi drivers using this link  

  • Update the bios by visiting this link or through support assistant using an Ethernet cable.  

  • Now try to connect to the internet wireless.    

 

The best way to resolve the issue is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter: 

Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).
