I have an HP Spectre 360. WiFi works great.
infrequently use my laptop as a playback device on a live audio console, using the headphone out jack. At the same time, I’ll stream from Spotify, using WiFi.
I just purchased an audio interface cable (sonnect’s “soundwire.” The interface works perfectly. Except, it makes the WiFi stop working.
it says WiFi is on and connected to internet but, no pages will load and Spotify stops searching for songs.
i can go back to the headphone jack but id prefer to use the interface.
it seems as if the laptop “thinks” it should be looking for internet on the USBC and so it stops reading the WiFi.
if unplug the soundwire, the internet starts working again. any ideas?
