Hi @SuchyTheMaster,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for sharing the PC details.
I’m sorry to hear you're facing issues with LE Audio not working on your PC. I looked into this and found that the latest driver versions are optimized and tested for Windows 11 22H2 Home Edition. Since your PC originally came with the Home version and you've upgraded to Windows 11 24H2 Pro, some drivers may not be fully compatible with the new update, leading to functionality issues.
To restore seamless performance, I strongly recommend rolling back to Windows 11 22H2, where the drivers are fully supported. This will help your PC detect and utilize the correct drivers, ensuring that LE Audio works flawlessly as intended.
I know rolling back an OS can be a big decision, but this step can make a noticeable difference in performance and stability. Let me know if you’d like guidance on how to do this—I’m happy to help!
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi Vikram
Thank You for Your answer.
Rolling back to old OS version is unacceptable solution.
It forces me to keeps OS version with unfixed bugs and security vulnerabilities.
Moreover - LE Audio is needed for me to use it with my hearing aids, but in previous Win11 versions hearing aids functionality doesn't exist yet.
Only valid solution is to release updated drivers with support for 24H2 (especially if there are already valid drivers for 22H2).
Ps.
Can You share link to drivers for 22H2 edition?
I'll try to force them on 24H2.

Hi @SuchyTheMaster,
I understand that you're using Windows 11 Pro, and unfortunately, the specific drivers for your device are not available. The only option is to downgrade the Windows, unfortunately, those are the only options
Take care and have a good day.

Downgrade OS is not acceptable solution. I wrote that earlier.
Laptop have BT5.3 and it should be fully functional but it isn't.
Today Intel released the newest drivers for BT module (AX211).
I updated it but it doesn't changed anything.
If there is missing LEAudio support in other drivers/place (for example BIOS) then HP should release update for them.
Intel support said that it's manufacturers case:
Based on your inquiry, we recommend trying the newly released 23.120.0 BT driver , which may address some compatibility issues related to LE Audio.
In case the issue persists, we kindly suggest contacting your laptop’s OEM manufacturer for further assistance, as there may be specific hardware limitations or design factors that affect LE Audio support that we are unable to account for.

Hi @SuchyTheMaster,
I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you’re expecting things to just work seamlessly. It sounds like the difference between the Windows 11 Home version that originally came with your PC and the Windows 11 Pro upgrade might be causing compatibility concerns with HP’s drivers.
Since your upgraded version of Windows 11 Pro is no longer an OEM copy, this means that the HP drivers released are tailored for that Home environment, and since your upgrade means you’re no longer using an OEM copy, they might not blend well with your Pro version. Unfortunately, that means you may need to rely on Windows generic drivers or wait for updates directly from the chipset manufacturer (like Intel, AMD, or Qualcomm) instead of HP.
I hope I was able to answer your query.
Take care and have a good day.

Difference is there that i haven't any OS at this laptop by default. I didn't bought it with Win 11 Home.
Here is link to offer:
section "System operacyjny: Brak systemu"
You said "that's not HP problem, Intel must fix".
Intel says "that's not Intel problem, manufacturer (HP) must fix".
It's ridiculous!
Intel drivers are compatible with LE Audio.
The same device as mine (AX211) on the same OS as mine (Win 11 Pro 24H2), but other manufacturers gives LE Audio without problems.
Conclusion is simple - HP didn't provided full support for BT5.3 (missing LE Audio support) and it's not mentioned anywhere. There is no any disclaimer about limitations for LE Audio and Win 11 Pro 24H2, at your official page with specification:
