Hi @SuchyTheMaster.

"The PC was originally shipped with FreeDOS, which means if you purchased it from a store, they can assist you in installing an operating system of your choice. However, please note that HP only supports 64-bit operating systems, and all available drivers are specifically for 64-bit Home versions. You can find these drivers on the website link you shared." We do not have any drivers for Windows 11 Pro 24H2.

Lets ask a different question.  What HP computer can I purchase that will support LE Audio? (and what version of Windows will be needed to support LE Audio?)

Where at this page OMEN by HP Laptop 17-ck1114nw (712G1EA) | Wsparcie HP® in specification is information about that support won't be for Win 11 Pro 24H2? Please share the screen from specification.

Moreover, there is information about support for Bluetooth 5.3 (without exceptions like LEA) if you will use OS form Microsoft (again without exceptions like Win 11 Pro 24H2).

Hi @SuchyTheMaster,

Thank you for replying. If you are looking for the HP page, please use the link. This link is specific to HP OEM, and the page clearly shows that it only has drivers for HP Windows 11 Home version up to 22H2. Pro versions are not listed at all on the HP Driver page.

Since you have a store-installed Windows 11 Pro that is not an OEM copy, the HP drivers released are tailored for that Home environment. Since you are running on Pro and no longer using an OEM copy, they might not blend well with your Pro version. Unfortunately, that means you may need to rely on Windows generic drivers or wait for updates directly from the chipset manufacturer (like Intel, AMD, or Qualcomm) instead of HP.

I hope I was able to answer your query.

Take care and have a good day.

Really? I used a link - it's HERE!

Driver webpage is NOT specification. Drivers can be changed, removed or updated. Specification is unchangeable and describe features of your product. And Your official specification at this page (HERE IS LINK -> https://support.hp.com/pl-pl/product/details/omen-17.3-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-17-ck1000/model/2100997...) does not contain ANY information about NOT supporting LEAudio and regardless of the system version. So this laptop does not comply with the specification.

Hi @SuchyTheMaster,

Thank you for reaching back.

The versions of Windows listed on the HP website are the only ones officially supported by HP drivers. Since HP consumer products come with Windows Home editions, HP provides drivers only for the OEM version of Windows.

For Windows 11 Pro, there are no HP-specific drivers available. Instead, you will need to use the generic drivers from the chipset manufacturers (such as Intel, AMD, or Realtek).

Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.

I'm back after long illness, but now healthy again.

1. At specification page (OMEN by HP Laptop 17-ck1114nw (712G1EA) | Wsparcie HP®) there is no any info about limiting  LEA in BT 5.3 under any version of Windows Pro. There is only information that Microsoft's OS is needed for BT 5.3 support (nothing about Home or Pro version or release number). That's a fact!

2. I can't send private message to you. There us no such option, and your link (click the private message icon) doesn't work.
