My WiFi isn't showing up on the list of options on my laptop. I know my WiFi is working because my phone and tv's are connected. I've turned it off and back on but it still can't find my WiFi. Thanks for any help.

The specs of your machine is

              https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06406376

It ONLY has Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n (1x1) and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo wifi adapter which supports 2.4GHz networks only. At the mean tine, please allow your router to broadcast DUAL bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz, your machine will pick up 2.4GHz network and allow you to connect.

You can upgrade wifi adapter later.

Regards.

How do I get my router to broadcast dual bands?  I'm not very tech savvy.  And thanks so much for your help Banhien.

Ok. I found out how to set up my router in dual mode and it was already set up in dual mode.
