One day I went on to my laptop and it showed that I wasn't connected to internet I then signed in with my pin and went to the settings at the bottom right and it did not show the Wi-Fi icon only other than airplane mode I have been gone into settings and look to see if I could connect it through settings and it still will not show up with any options to connect to the internet and then how to use resources to try and reset and reprogram my laptop and none has worked I had not deleted anything off of my laptop to affect anything but last night I did a hard factory reset on my laptop to see if that would have helped but nothing had worked and it still says that I cannot connect to the internet.
