Yesterday I started up my new HP and the wifi connected fine to my home wifi. Last night, no wifi networks show up at all (usually mine plus a few neighbors pop up) and the network troubleshoot process says it cannot detect a properly installed network adapter and I need to install the driver.
I have also tried restarting computer and my wifi modem, and a factory reset to my computer (needed to be done anyways).
What is a network adapter and do I even need one? It worked just fine when starting it initially and I used the internet all morning.
Thanks!

A network adapter is what your notebook uses to connect to your WIFI.
It is a two way radio module that sends and receives network data.
Without it, as you now know, you won't be able to recieve or send any data wirelessly.
Boot into Windows and open the device manager. Click on the magnifying glass icon and then type in the word "dev".
Click on the icon that says Device Manager. Click on the arrow next to Network Adapters. Identify your wifi adapter and write it down.
Here is the link to the software & drivers for your notebook.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-11m-ap0000-x360-convertible-pc/26122195
Choose the version of the operating system installed in your notebook . Now click on All drivers in the lower left side of the browser window.
In the driver list click on the + next to Network Managers and choose the driver that matches what is installed in your notebook.
Download and save the driver.
When the download is finished, double click on the filer to start the installation.

I happen to own a Spectre x360-13t-ap000 notebook.
This is what you should see, although your wifi module may be a different brand and model. I can't see any image in your last post.
Are you sure that you don't inadvertently have Airplane mode turned on?

So sorry, this is what I am seeing.
I do not see that same Intel driver you are seeing.
i did double check and airplane mode is off. Below my control panel I included a photo of wifi when I click to check networks.

Hi @Rnne224
What I highlighted in my image is not a driver, it is the actual device representation of the WiFi module by Windows 11.
Does the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utilty component test even recognize the wireless module as being present?
The test will check for the WiFi module and its condition at the firmware level.

Yes.
In the third image the test result says wireless module not installed.
That would lead me to the conclusion that the module has failed and requires replacement in order to achieve network connectivity.
Is your notebook still in the one year factory warranty period?

It is quite unusual for the wifi module to stop working.
The least expensive solution is to purchase a usb wifi dongle to regain wireless networking capability. The dongles range in price from $8-$100.00.
The small ones are even smaller than most USB flash drives. Choose a dual-band adapter. I have a few of them and my favorite is the ASUS USB-AC53 Nano AC1200 Dual-Band wifi adapter.
If that is not what you want to do, A laptop shop can try reseating the module for you. The modules are not that costly, so it would also be worth having the shop install a new one for you.
