Network Controller and RICOH Bay8Controller missing

I have recently installed windows 7.x64 on my laptop. Since then u have no access to network. When I check the device drivers, the missing ones are:

1. Network Controller

2. RICOH Bay8Controller

I have tried to download and install but all efforts did not work. I would be so much relieved if someone could help me solve this issue. The hardware Ids are

PCI\VEN_808&DEV_4239&SUBSYS_13118086&REV_3E

PCI\VEN_808&DEV_4239&SUBSYS_13118086

PCI\VEN_808&DEV_4239&CC_028000

PCI\VEN_808&DEV_4239&CC_0280.

Network Controller:
