I cannot install BT drivers on W10. System does not see my internal BT card, I have 2 unknown devices: A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

As I checked notebook uses Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265. I tried to install drivers form HP site and Intel - still the same problem.
Finger printscanner also is not visible on system. It worked on pre-installed W8, but since I installed clean W10 there is no such device in the system.
