Someone please help!!
I have reached out to HP support twice by phone, and both times, also had remote assistance, and my issue has still not been resolved. I have multiple other devices that use the same wifi and I have no issues. This issue started when my internet company, Kinetic by Windstream, upgraded our services from DSL to Fiber. I used the internet site on bottom of modem/router to turn off the 2.4ghz and leave on the 5 low and 5high and then my printer started working again. Shortly after we had internet issues overall and our modem/router was replaced. I started having the same issue again, printer would not connect to wifi at all, so again I went in and turned off the 2.4ghz and left on. the 5 low and 5 high but this time it did not solve the problem. I just don't understand why HP can't figure this out and I know it isn't the printer because I can take it to someone else's house and connect to wifi and it works just fine. Why won't the printer connect to my wifi???
Someone help please!!
