Hi Community.

I'm having a persistent issue now for the last week - any document I send to my wireless printer from my laptop will only print in A5 - aligned to the left of the landscape page. All settings show A4. The same documents etc can be printed from my phone and another computer on the same network, with no issues.

I've deleted the printer from the laptop and reinstalled it. I've done a factory reset on the printer (even though the printer works fine from other sources) and I'm still having the same trouble.
Can anyone shed some light on what the issue might be? I'm a homeschooling Mum and I need to be able to print!! 🙂  Appreciate the help, in advance.

@ldalm, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • To assist you better, what model printer are you using?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

For now, run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Keep me posted.
