For a long time he has been observing random disconnection of the network at any time (it can last several times a day, or constantly), but the latest driver has slightly improved the situation, but it is still not the best.

In the case of bluetooth, when I connect the PS5 Dualsens controller wirelessly and connect to the 2.4 GHz network it disconnects after a while and so on and so forth, in the case of the 5 GHz network it does not cause this problem.

I don't know why this is the case, but I hope it will be fixed in the near future.

Network card: Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter - 2024.10.229.0 (RTL8822CE)
Bluetooth card: Realtek Bluetooth 5 Adapter - 1.10.1061.3022 (RTL8822CE)
(Driver name and version)

For bluetooth, versions 1.9.xxx as well as 1.10.xxx are likely to cause problems.
Probably the problems are related to network cards and bluetooth - RTL8822CE/RTL8822BE/RTL8821CE.

Hi @Kamil96500,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're dealing with some tricky issues related to your Realtek network and Bluetooth drivers. Here’s a step-by-step approach to troubleshoot and possibly resolve these problems.

Update Drivers

Network Driver:

  • Visit the Realtek website or HP support page to check if there's a newer version of the Realtek RTL8822CE driver available than 2024.10.229.0.
  • If available, download and install the latest driver.

Bluetooth Driver:

  • Similarly, check for updates for the Realtek Bluetooth 5 Adapter. Sometimes, newer driver versions fix known issues.
  • Download and install the latest driver if available.

Roll Back Drivers

If updating drivers doesn’t help, or if the latest driver has introduced new problems, you might want to roll back to a previous driver version:

  1. Open Device Manager.
  2. Find your network adapter under Network Adapters and your Bluetooth adapter under Bluetooth.
  3. Right-click the device and select Properties.
  4. Go to the Driver tab and select Roll Back Driver if the option is available.

Adjust Network Settings

Change Wi-Fi Channel:

  • Log in to your router's settings and change the channel for the 2.4 GHz network. Sometimes interference on a particular channel can cause connectivity issues.

Network Adapter Settings:

  • Open Device Manager.
  • Find your Realtek RTL8822CE adapter, right-click, and select Properties.
  • Go to the Advanced tab and look for settings related to wireless mode or channel width. Adjust these settings to see if they improve stability.

Bluetooth Settings

Bluetooth Power Management:

  • Open Device Manager.
  • Find your Bluetooth adapter, right-click, and select Properties.
  • Go to the Power Management tab and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Re-pair Devices:

  • Remove the PS5 DualSense controller from Bluetooth devices.
  • Restart your laptop and re-pair the controller.

Check for Interference

Physical Interference:

  • Ensure there are no physical obstructions between your laptop and the router that could be causing interference.

Other Wireless Devices:

  • Other wireless devices operating on the 2.4 GHz band could be causing interference. Try turning off other devices that use the same band to see if the issue improves.

Windows Updates

Ensure your Windows operating system is up to date, as updates can sometimes resolve compatibility issues with hardware.

By systematically applying these solutions, you should be able to narrow down the cause of the connectivity issues and hopefully find a resolution.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thank you very much for your suggestions on the solution.

Unfortunately no suggestions helped in the case of wireless, I think it is unfortunately the driver that may have errors 😞

But, I hope you can forward the issue to Realtek, because in the case of wireless only in 2.4 GHz connection it disconnects unfortunately randomly.

With bluetooth solutions I will try to test today.
