I have a HP laptop and keep experiencing the 2 problems below. Can anyone advise me please?

1. I use Firefox to access Tesco online shopping. The pages are really slow to load and I keep getting errors asking me to re-load the page. Sometimes it mentions a “Mac code error”? I’ve tried using Chrome, but the same thing happens. I’ve also tried disabling Windows Defender and/or MacAfee, but nothing helps. I do not have this problem on my iPad with Tesco online, which is quick and no errors.

2. I use Office 365 and I am having problems sending emails with larger attachments with Outlook 365. **bleep** has an attachment limit of 20mb, but even just 7mb sits in my laptop outbox for hours and will not send. I have no problem sending normal emails, or even receiving large attachment emails on my laptop. I can also send large attachment email from my iPad or via **bleep** on line with no problem.

Both of the above seems to be a problem with my laptop only 😞
