Hello @hkvats2509

Do you have valid HP warranty ?

Check HP warranty status:

HP support

If status (date) is wrong:

Hi, @hkvats2509 , @Tomg881

Two forum members have reported that changing some settings on the advanced tab for the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter in the device manager solved the problem.

They tested the connection for a few days before reporting back.

Make the following changes in device manager>Network Adapters>Realtek Wi-Fi Adapter>Advanced tab:

  • 802.11D - Disabled
  • Beacon Interval - 50
  • MAC Randomization - Disabled
  • Preferred Band - 5G First
  • Roaming Aggressiveness - Lowest

Thanks Paul, finally, something to work on.   Changed 802.11D,  Beacon Interval,  no MAC Randomization option,  Preferred Band was already at 5g, and Roaming changed to lowest.  Let's hope.

Unfortunately, no luck.  No adapter after sleep with the changes.

Sorry, that didn't work.

Hello @Tomg881 and @Paul_Tikkanen

The user @DiegoWHG2 points to this driver:

Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Net - 6001.10.351.0

Hi, @ub6424

That is the same discussion I posted here last night.

I went to the Microsoft catalog and typed in my specific Realtek Network Adapter number and nothing new shows up.  Guess we'll have to wait on Realtek.

Hi, @Tomg881

If your notebook has the RTL8852AE Wi-Fi adapter, the driver in the discussion I posted last night should work.

You have to manually install the driver that I zipped up and attached below.

Download and unzip the driver I attached to its folder.

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager.

Click to expand the Network adapters device manager category.

Click on the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter.  Click on the driver tab.

Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC and see if that driver fixed the problem.

Sorry Paul,  I wasn't clear.   My card is a RTL8821CE, apparently nothing new for it, although the laptop is a new HP model.
