No, we don't need same specs machines, we ONLY need a machine with RJ45 port which supports 1G. Sorry for the confusion.
Regards.

Well I'm sorry but I do not have another PC and cannot afford to buy another one with the same specs just to run a test. You're being deliberately disingenous and sarcastic now.
Absolutely incredible leve of customer service on display right here..

I'm not working for any organization now, just a volunteer/retiree. Can you send your machine to a repairer to test ?. I believe you should know why we need to test. As I said, you don't need a same specs machine to test. I don't believe you live alone.
Regards.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
Cheers.
