Why does my network card not detect 5G from modem? Band 2. 4 detects without a problem. Please help, I have no more ideas it may be wrong and am terribly depressed because I care very much about the 5G network working. My current driver version is 2024.10.228.1. Please help me, thanks!

Please check Device Manager to see what is it (not just simply Realtek RTL8821CE Adapter).

What exactly do you mean, I should check in the device manager?

I would add that I was already going back to previous versions of network card drivers and nothing helped. Maybe this network card doesn't support 5G band at all?

Unfortunately both HP and Realtek do not have perfect working drivers. Please try
