Like many others, I have been struggling with WiFi dropping out on the Realtek RTL8821CE on my new HP laptop.  Like others, I have played around with drivers, power management settings etc.

After I uninstalled everything and did a factory reset, I could not trigger the WiFi drops like I could before.  Not until I reconnected my Technet wireless mouse, at which point it returned consistently.

Changing my wireless mouse to an old Logitech M195 seemed to solve the problem for me.  I have not been able to trigger the problem all afternoon since.

Just thought I'd post this in case it is of use to others.

Update: 24 hrs later, and the problem has returned, whatever mouse I use.  Another dead end :-(.
