I'm having the same problem... I thought it was my new router, but have now realised that it's only my laptop that is losing the connection - my phone stays connected and so does the Sky box!  I've just cancelled an Open Reach engineer visit for the morning, as clearly this is a problem with my HP notebook.  Interestingly though, I didn't have the problem with the previous router... has anyone found a fix yet?  I've lost connection around a dozen times today whilst trying to research things for work.  It's been very frustrating to say the least!

My new laptop was getting a extremely slow connection. It was setup to prefer 5G.  I tried switching to 2.4 and that helped uploads, but not downloads.  Went back in and changed it to no preference and against all odds, this completely fixed the issue.
