I purchased an HP ENVY 13 for my sole trader business less that 2 years ago. I have been experiencing difficulty with the wifi connections and connecting to other HP products I have in the office (Desktop and printer). I thought the issue was in relation to the anti virus software that I use, however it does not affect the desktop or any other non HP products (iPad. mobile phone and second desktop), so I knew that this was not causing the problem.
I took the laptop to a PC repair business to review only to discover that the wifi card was damaged and needed replaced but also that the hinges (all 6 of them) had crumbled and needed to be repaired. This was despite the laptop remaining in the same place in the same position for most of the time.
I think that this is an absurd position to find myself in considering the money I paid for this product and the length of time I have had the laptop. I think that HP really need to take responsibility for their poor quality products and either replace or refund the money for this.
I certainly will no longer be investing in HP products when I have to replace anything as I don't want to be in this position again.
