Then you may have made the mistake of disconnecting something you should have left alone.

Hi

 

If your WiFi is installed, then these command lines may show that...

 

getmac

netsh wlan show interfaces

netsh wlan show drivers

netsh wlan show profiles

ipconfig -all

msinfo32

Getmac All.png

 

Post back some details please.

Reinstall the driver.

I typed “netsh wlan show drivers “and it says that my wlan driver is working and there’s no problem with it .
